Creamy Chocolate Mousse

This creamy chocolate mousse recipe is made without eggs – perfect for everyone who excludes eggs from their diet. It is made from cream and dark chocolate entirely and therefore its flavours are unfolded to the maximum.

Ingredients
  • 100g dark chocolate
  • 3tbsp icing sugar
  • 2tbsp whole cream
  • 2dl whole cream
  • a little cocoa powder to dust
How To

    Step 1
    Melt the dark chocolate together with the icing sugar and cream in a thin-sided bowl in a bain-marie (see below in video). Do it slowly and gently not to burn the chocolate. Stir the melted chocolate until smooth. Remove the bowl and leave to cool for a bit.

    Beat the cream until stiff. Fold into chocolate carefully (to not reduce the volume) using a spatula. Spoon the mousse into small glasses, cover and chill for approx. 2 hours in the fridge. Once you take it out to serve, dust with cocoa powder. Enjoy your creamy chocolate mousse!
