The Master of Business Administration and Hospitality Management Certification program is designed for hospitality professionals who want to grow their business management, entrepreneurship, and leadership skills. In addition, the program will cultivate your critical thinking skills, enhance verbal and written communication skills, and give you the tools to effectively solve complex problems with modern solutions.

The MBA will cover a broad range of core business classes such as, management, accounting, finance, and marketing. Concurrently, you will be able to choose from a variety of hospitality focused electives to take every semester.

This program offers the unique opportunity of working in the luxury hospitality industry during your studies to get hands-on experience. Our programs offer students the chance to study in the dynamic international environment minutes away from Phoenix while working at renowned hospitality properties that host everyone from business guests to world leaders and celebrities.

After successfully graduating, students will have the option to reinforce their knowledge with an additional 12 months of work experience. Students will be able to continue with the same property or be placed at another luxury hotel or restaurant within the United States.
