  • 1tbsp red curry paste
  • 2 limes
    (only the juice)
  • 200g salmon fillets
    without skin and diced
  • 1 mango
    diced

    Mix curry paste and lime juice. Add the salmon, mix thoroughly, cover and put in the fridge for approx. 30 mins. Once taken out of the fridge, add the mango and serve immediately.
