OVERVIEW
Our Advanced Diploma in Culinary Arts provides students with the knowledge needed to advance in a culinary career. This six month diploma consists of different modules that will teach students about the different cuisines as well as food preparation methods from all around the world. At the same time students will be able to complete an internship where they will be able to apply theory-based knowledge in a practical manner. Upon successful completion of this diploma, students will have both new knowledge, education, and international practical experience to boost their CV and propel them into a successful career in the culinary industry.
ADMISSIONS REQUIREMENTS
- High School diploma and accompanying transcripts
- Advanced English proficiency for international students with a qualifying oral interview with an Admissions Specialist.(No TOEFL, TOEIC, IELTS, GRE or GMAT exam required)
