The admissions process can be completed in as little as one day! That being said, it depends on how quickly you are able to submit the required documents for your program. Once your application package is complete, the university typically issues a decision within 1-3 weeks.

*Note: Financial evidence must be submitted for every program. To move forward quickly, it would be advisable to collect this information in advance!

Yes, you can submit documents in a foreign language, but they must be accompanied by certified English translations. Both the original documents and their certified translations are required for the admissions process.

After Visa Approval

Once your F‑1 visa is approved, you can seamlessly move forward with registration and enrollment, while also exploring exciting practical work opportunities that enhance your academic journey.

Students applying for an F‑1 visa from abroad may enter the United States up to 30 days before their program begins. To ensure a smooth transition, we recommend arriving at least two weeks in advance to complete registration and enrollment with ease.

The earliest admission date is indicated on the Form I‑20, and you will be eligible to travel to the United States from that date.Upon arrival under F‑1 visa status, you must physically report to the Designated School Official (DSO) at the University. This is a government requirement and necessary to activate your SEVIS record.

A Designated School Official (DSO) is a school employee authorized by the U.S. government to oversee and support international students on F‑1 and M‑1 visas. They are the official link between the student, the school, and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

As a new student, you’ll be welcomed through orientation and guided to complete your registration and class schedule directly with the university. To ensure a smooth start, all registration materials must be finalized before your program officially begins.
