This program offers a clear and structured pathway for international students aiming to reach executive and doctoral-level roles in the United States. Over 36 months, you’ll build advanced leadership and business capabilities through the DBA combined with professional training, followed by 12 months of Optional Practical Training (OPT) to consolidate your experience in the industry.

While studying, our CPT programs offer students the opportunity to participate in paid practical experience at a luxury hospitality property. Students can work full-time or part-time throughout the full duration of their studies.

After graduation, students have the opportunity to extend one year of full-time work through Optional Practical Training.

From the beginning of the program. CPT authorization allows students to work full-time or part-time at a hospitality property throughout the full duration of their studies.
