OVERVIEW
This six-month diploma consists of different modules that will introduce students to the different areas of restaurants and bars, as well as to the world of cocktails within the hospitality and tourism context, while analyzing and applying the hygienic-sanitary standards and conditions referring to food and beverage production/service units. In addition, this program will provide them with the necessary knowledge of English to allow clear communication during activities. Upon successful completion of this diploma, students will have both new knowledge, education, and international practical experience.
