Hotel operations from the ground up: Rooms Division, Food & Beverage, guest experience design, and the service standards that define professional hospitality. This is where the foundation gets built, and you start applying it immediately.

Specialization Module (15 ECTS)

Your first professional placement runs alongside the academic module, and you are in a real hotel from the start of the program.

Core Subjects Module (10 ECTS)

Advanced operational management: team leadership, service recovery, quality control, and hospitality business performance.

Internship Experience (10 ECTS)

Second placement, building on the professional foundation developed in Semester 1 and deepening your practical experience across departments.
