Academic Structure

Semester 1
Core Subjects Module (30 ECTS)
Strategic hospitality management, leadership in complex organizations, financial planning and analysis, global hospitality markets, and operational strategy. The foundation that makes everything in Semesters 2 and 3 applicable.
Semester 2
Specialization Module (15 ECTS)
Your chosen track (Sustainability in Hospitality or Digital Transformation) is developed through dedicated coursework and applied projects. This is where the expertise that sets your profile apart gets built. Students select one track at the start of Semester 2 and follow it through both specialization modules.
Internship Experience (15 ECTS)
First professional placement, running alongside the specialization module. You apply both strategic and specialized knowledge in a real hospitality environment simultaneously.
Semester 3
Master’s Thesis (15 ECTS)
A company-based research project developed within a real hospitality organization. You work directly inside a professional environment to address an operational challenge or implement a solution with direct impact, combining research, practical application, and results-based evaluation within the academic framework of the program.
Internship Experience (15 ECTS)
Second professional placement, building on the experience and expertise developed across the first two semesters.
